PROFILMOVER Picking sideloaders are designed and manufactured to handle long materials or goods stacked on pallets. They are offered in a multi-directional or 4 way version. Ideal operating environments are warehouse with narrow working aisles and space limitations.
Reliability and Functionality
The philosophy behind the new PK machine is to utilise the latest technology combined with robustness, this to guarantee our products safety and reliability even in the most demanding working conditions.
A key feature of our Picking sideloader is the height-adjustable cabin, allowing the operator to be raised and lowered in conjunction with the forks. This feature improves visibility and safety, allowing placement and selection of products (bars, pipes, sections etc.,) directly from shelves, without having to lower the entire load.
Independently operated forks are fitted allowing adjustment of the forks in relation to the driver cabin ensuring accurate positioning of the forks to ease picking operations. These features also aid driver comfort. The design of the cabin allows operator access from either side, an important factor when the
truck is situated in the racking aisle. Ergonomics have been given careful consideration with controls positioned to ensure safe and smooth operation.
All functions are actuated through a multi-function proportional joystick, which allows, with one hand, the positioning of cabin and forks, operation of the mast traverse and fork tilt.
All the components incorporated in our forklifts are of high quality, to ensure low maintenance and consequent cost reduction. Furthermore, the installation of the components has been suitably designed to allow rapid and easy maintenance operations.
Any optional equipment and customising (for example: wide fork carriage with hydraulic spreader, side rollers, level automatic laser selector, camera with LCD screen, etc.,) can be specifically designed and built for special applications, making the machine even more versatile and suitable for specific uses.
The multidirectional and 4-way versions of the Picking sideloaders allow lateral, forward, diagonal movements, and carusel rotation, providing exceptional maneuverability even in narrow aisles or between shelving units. The operator accesses the cabin from the aisle side, ensuring easy entry even when the forklift is operating in tight spaces.
The large-diameter cushion rubber wheels and the balanced tilting chassis ensure stable and safe driving even on uneven surfaces, both indoors and outdoors. The reduced ground pressure improves grip and extends the lifespan of the sideloading forklift.
The lowered loading platform and oversized steel masts allow for maximum use of the vertical capacity of shelving, increasing warehouse efficiency.
With high safety factors and a structure designed to ensure residual capacities even at great heights, the Picking forklift offers safe handling of even the most complex and bulky loads.
The open can-bus system allows constant control of all truck functions. It is possible to customize the driving parameters, monitor the status of the vehicle in real time, and simplify the diagnosis of any anomalies.
